KEYSTONE IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 FUZION TRAVEL TRAILERS AND FIFTH WHEELS WITH THE TOURING EDITION II PACKAGE. THE REAR RAMP DOOR CABLE SUPPORT BRACKET BOLTS MAY FAIL WHEN THE DOOR IS USED IN THE PATIO POSITION.
Consequence:
A FALLING DOOR CAN LEAD TO AN INCREASED RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY IF A PERSON IS ON THE DOOR IN THE PATIO POSITION.
Remedy:
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE RAMP DOOR CABLE HARDWARE WITH THE CORRECT HARDWARE FREE OF CHARGE. THE SAFETY RECALL IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN DURING MARCH 2010. OWNERS MAY CONTACT KEYSTONE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1-866-425-4369.
