END OF YEAR NEWS REVIEW

Another year has passed. This is a review of what happened in the RV Industry that may help you in your RV Lemon Law cases:

Jan 2011: 1: Forest River bought Dynamax, a 14-year old manufacturer of Super Class C motor homes and high
end 5th wheel trailers.
2: FTCA, the maker of Coleman Tent Trailers went out of business.
3: A "new" Country Coach opened for business at the "old" Country Coach factory location.

Apr 2011: 1: LazyDays RV of Florida acquires the assets and property of Beaudry RV in Arizona and eventually opens
a new dealership.


June 2011: Parliament Coach Corp, a Florida based high end conversion bus builder, emerged from chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Oct 2011: Carriage Inc, a forty year old high end 5th wheel trailer manufacturer in Indiana, went out of business.
